PRICE LIST OF EP RTGS

§ 1 General principles

(1) The fees listed on the price list are subject to payment on the basis of a respective invoice submitted by Eesti Pank, unless otherwise stipulated by valid legislation, EP RTGS rules, or an agreement concluded between Eesti Pank and the participant.

(2) Eesti Pank submits the invoice referred to in Subsection 1 either in writing or in a format which can be reproduced in writing. The invoice indicates at least the basis for the payment of fees, the amount payable in the valid currency, the due date of payment, and the account number of Eesti Pank into which the amount payable is to be transferred.

§ 2 Fees

(1) Access to the EP RTGS is free of charge.

(2) The fee for each payment settled is 9,39 kroons.

(3) The fee for each order to withdraw a payment order is 93,88 kroons.
