**** Due to the sharp rise in the price of gold on the world market Eesti Pank increased the selling price of gold and bimetallic (gold and silver) collector coins and coin sets on 25 August 2011. By raising prices Eesti Pank prevents the speculative buying of collector coins made of precious metals in situations where the price of a collector coin is lower than the price of the metal used in the coin. Eesti Pank reserves the right to change the prices of collector coins in accordance with the price conjuncture of precious metals.
