Administrative Department

  •    arranges and coordinates the records management of Eesti Pank
  •    provides personal assistance services to the management of the bank
  •    ensures a high-quality working environment and is responsible for the development and maintenance of the banks' property
  •    ensures the provision of in-house services

The Head of the Administrative Department is Tarvo Seenmaa. Besides him, there are 33 more employees in the department. 13 of them are service personnel.

The Administrative Department consists of four divisions:

the Personal Assistant Division (three employees);
the Records Management Division (managed by Peeter Grass; besides him there are four employees in the division);
the Property Management Division (18 employees);
the In-House Services Division (managed by Meeri Nigola; besides her there are four employees in the division).
