Kadi Kapral, Head of the Legal Department

Legal Department

  •    provides legal aid to the Executive Board, the Supervisory Board and the departments of Eesti Pank;
  •    participates in the elaboration and coordination of Estonian, European Union and European Central Bank's draft legislation;
  •    ensures that Eesti Pank's legal acts and contracts, as well as public procurements are carried out pursuant to law;
  •    represents Eesti Pank in judicial proceedings;
  •    records the minutes of the Executive Board meetings.

The Head of the Legal Department is Kadi Kapral. Besides her, there are seven more employees in the department.
