Eesti Pank hosts 1-2 domestic and 2-3 foreign visiting researchers per year.

| Eesti Pank's research award |
Research awards are granted once a year with the aim of promoting economic research.
In 2009, the size of the awards is 35,000 Estonian kroons and 20,000 Estonian kroons.

An average of 10 students per year do their internship at Eesti Pank. The internship is remunerated.

| Organisation of international scientific conferences |
Eesti Pank helps organise and co-finances at least one international scientific conference a year.
In 2009, Eesti Pank will help organise and co-finance (in the total amount of 150,000 Estonian kroons) two conferences:
European Association of Labour
Economists 2009 Annual Conference (10-12 September 2009) and Economies of Central
and Eastern Europe: Convergence, Opportunities and Challenges (14-16 June 2009). |

The association's annual conferences are co-financed by Eesti Pank. |
| Participation in the activities of the doctoral school |
Eesti Pank supports the annual summer doctoral schools for economists of University of Tartu and Tallinn University of Technology.

Eesti Pank organises one to three internal training courses a year, where up to 10 lecturers or PhD students from different
scientific institutions of Estonia can participate. |

There are up to 10 open seminars a year.
